Delivery Details
We keep delivery simple and predictable. This page explains shipping fees, processing time, cutoff time, delivery timeframe, and what happens if things go sideways (because shipping companies love plot twists).
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including PO Boxes where supported by the carrier). Some oversized or restricted items may require an alternate method or may be unavailable for certain locations.
Shipping Cost (Flat Rate)
Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
This is a fixed shipping fee applied at checkout, regardless of how many items are in the order (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Tax Policy (0% Sales Tax)
Sales Tax: 0%
We do not charge sales tax at checkout.
If your state/local laws require use tax or similar obligations, that is handled by the customer according to local rules.
Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)
Before your package ships, we need time to confirm the order, prepare it, pack it, and hand it off to the carrier.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Daily Cutoff Time
Orders placed before our daily cutoff time are processed sooner.
Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time (PT)

Shipping Transit Time (Delivery Time)
Once shipped, the carrier typically delivers within:
Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Delivery speed depends on your location and carrier network conditions.
Total Delivery Time (Under 8 Days)
We designed our workflow to keep total delivery time under 8 days in normal conditions:
Total Delivery Time = Processing (1–2 business days) + Transit (3–5 business days)
✅ Typical total: 4–7 business days
✅ Goal: Under 8 business days
If there’s a carrier delay, weather disruption, or address issue, delivery may extend beyond this range (yes, it’s annoying for both of us).
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking may take 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to:

missing apartment/unit number,

undeliverable location,
we may need to charge a reshipment fee or process the order according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

Delayed: We can help check tracking and open a carrier inquiry if needed.

Lost: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged: Contact us with photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can file a claim and resolve it.
