  • availability can change without notice

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel and refund the order.

4) Pricing & Errors

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout.

If we discover a pricing or listing error (wrong price, wrong description, wrong availability), we may:

  • correct the listing, or

  • cancel the order and issue a refund

Because “typo pricing” is not a legally binding magic spell.

5) Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

An order is not fully accepted until we confirm it and/or successfully process payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • payment is not authorized

  • the order appears fraudulent or abusive

  • shipping restrictions apply

  • there is a listing/pricing error

  • the item is out of stock

If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details (flat rate, cutoff time, processing time, transit time, total delivery time) are explained in our Delivery Details page.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers do what carriers do.

7) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Guidelines page.
If these Terms conflict with the Return & Refund Guidelines, the return policy controls for return-related issues.

8) Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • use the site for illegal purposes

  • attempt to break, hack, or disrupt the site

  • upload malicious code

  • abuse promotions, refunds, or chargebacks

If you do, we can block access or cancel orders.

9) Promotions & Discounts

We may offer promo codes, bundles, or discounts.

Rules:

  • one promo per order unless explicitly stated

  • promos can expire or be changed anytime

  • if a promo is misused, we can cancel the discount or order

10) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first. We can often fix it faster than a bank dispute.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us or without valid grounds, we may:

  • restrict future purchases

  • require signature confirmation for future shipments

  • refuse service where allowed by law

(Translation: don’t turn “I typed the wrong address” into a financial crime scene.)
