Return & Refund Guidelines
At Crossover Enterprises LLC, we keep returns and refunds straightforward. This policy explains who can return, time limits, eligible items, refund timing, and how the process works.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Return Window
You may request a return within:
30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking “Delivered” date).
Requests submitted after this window may be denied.
2) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in original condition

Item must be returned with original packaging (when applicable)

Item must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return/refund:

Items marked Final Sale (if stated on product page)

Gift cards (if applicable)

Items returned with missing parts, heavy damage, or signs of use beyond inspection
If a product category has special return rules, the product page will say so.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (Our Fault)
If your order arrives:

damaged,

defective, or
-
incorrect (wrong item sent),
contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number
-
photos of the item and packaging
-
a short description of the issue
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following (depending on the situation):

replacement shipment (if available), or
-
full refund, or
-
partial refund (for minor issues)
5) Return Shipping Costs

Customer remorse returns (changed mind, ordered wrong item, no longer needed):
Return shipping is paid by the customer. -
Our error (damaged/defective/wrong item):
We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label when appropriate.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6) How to Start a Return

If approved, we will provide return instructions (and a label if applicable).
Do not send packages back without approval, because random return parcels are how warehouses become haunted.
7) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing time:

Once your return is received and inspected: 2–5 business days to approve/process

Bank/card/PayPal posting time: typically 3–10 business days after processing (depends on provider)
If your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
8) Partial Refunds (When Applicable)
A partial refund may apply if:

item is returned used or not in original condition
-
packaging/accessories are missing
-
item shows damage not caused by us
We will notify you before finalizing any partial refund decision.
9) Exchanges
We don’t guarantee direct exchanges (inventory changes fast).
If you want a different item, the usual approach is:

return the original item (if eligible), and
-
place a new order
10) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been processed/shipped, we may be able to cancel for a full refund.
